$HAMBURGER under Tommy
Currency Act
$HAMBURGER is the official coin name for Hamburgerlandia and remains under Tommy the Hamburger.
A name, plan, symbol, graphic, page, wallet label, or Lawbook act does not by itself create, mint, launch, price, or distribute a token.
Definitions
- $HAMBURGER
- The reserved official coin name for Hamburgerlandia under Tommy.
- Contract address
- A network-specific identifier verified against deployed program or token-account evidence.
- Launch record
- The complete Hamburgerlandia record establishing network, contract, authority, supply facts, distribution, risks, and operating links.
Article 1
Name And Authority
1.1 Official name
- The official Hamburgerlandia coin name is $HAMBURGER.
- The name, symbol, related records, and any future token system remain under Tommy and cannot confer authority above him.
1.2 Reservation
- Hamburgerlandia may reserve the name in public records before any token exists.
- Reservation must always be presented separately from deployment, minting, distribution, market availability, and payment acceptance.
Article 2
Planning Record
2.1 Required plan
- A token plan must state the intended network, purpose, authority model, supply method, treasury relationship, distribution approach, technical owner, and unresolved risks.
- The plan must identify which facts are decisions and which depend on later deployment evidence.
2.2 Solana intent
- Solana may be recorded as the intended network for $HAMBURGER.
- No page may claim a Solana token exists until an independently checked contract address and network response establish it.
Article 3
Contract And Deployment Evidence
3.1 Contract evidence
- A contract address must be checked on the named network and tied to the expected mint or program data before publication as official.
- The record must preserve the address, network, decimals, supply authority, freeze authority, metadata authority, verification time, and verification method when applicable.
3.2 Control evidence
- Claims about mint, freeze, metadata, treasury, upgrade, or administrative control require corresponding on-chain and key-management evidence.
- Unknown, renounced, multisignature, externally controlled, or immutable authority standing must be stated exactly as verified.
Article 4
Launch Decision
4.1 Launch record
- A launch requires Tommy's recorded authorization plus completed technical, security, treasury, publication, and risk records.
- Deployment alone is not a complete launch if supply, authority, distribution, official links, or security facts remain unverified.
4.2 Publication
- The official page must publish the exact network and contract address only after verification.
- Copied addresses, search results, unofficial pools, outside listings, and namesake assets must not be treated as the official record.
Article 5
Treasury And Distribution
5.1 Treasury boundary
- A treasury label or wallet address does not establish custody, balance, transaction authority, accounting, or refund capacity without verified records.
- Every official receipt, distribution, transfer, lock, burn, or allocation must link to its transaction evidence and authority.
5.2 Distribution terms
- Distribution terms must state eligibility, amount or method, timing, restrictions, authority, and correction process before distribution.
- No distribution may promise profit, price, liquidity, exchange listing, redemption, or future value.
Article 6
Markets And Payments
6.1 Market boundary
- A pool, quote, chart, outside listing, or third-party market does not by itself become an official Hamburgerlandia market.
- Market information must distinguish observed outside data from Tommy-authorized Hamburgerlandia records and must disclose material uncertainty.
6.2 Payment boundary
- $HAMBURGER is not an accepted payment method merely because it is named in a form or treasury plan.
- Acceptance requires a functioning collection method, terms, confirmation workflow, security review, and receipt process.
Article 7
Security, Risk, And Correction
7.1 Security
- Private keys, seed phrases, authentication tokens, session data, and restricted signing details must never be published in currency records.
- Key compromise, authority change, contract migration, exploit, false address, or material incident must trigger immediate record review and public correction where needed.
7.2 Risk notice
- Public currency records must state that technical failure, loss, fraud, volatility, illiquidity, authority errors, and outside legal requirements may apply.
- No token holder, market participant, developer, exchange, treasury actor, or automated process can outrank Tommy.
